Maison Heritage

Ancestral Roots.
Modern Olfactory Art.

Kashira was founded on a singular conviction: that Indian perfumery deserves to stand shoulder-to-shoulder with the finest global haute parfumerie houses.

Chapter I • The Perfume Capital

The Scent of Wet Clay & Woodfires

For over four centuries, the ancient city of Kannauj in Uttar Pradesh has kept time not by clocks, but by floral blooms and woodfire distillations. In century-old copper stills (*deg-bhapka*), hydro-distillation captures the pure, fleeting soul of Damascus roses, vetiver roots (*khus*), and monsoon soil (*mitti*).

While modern industrial perfumery moved toward instant, cheap petroleum synthetics, Kashira returned to these artisan guilds. We partner directly with multigenerational distillers to secure the purest native botanical absolutes.

Chapter II • The Alchemist's Touch

Kashvi's Sensory Blueprint

Behind every Kashira fragrance is Kashvi—our scent alchemist and muse. Kashvi believes that true luxury lies in restraint and patience. Where commercial houses bottle within 48 hours, every Kashira creation undergoes a mandatory 90-day cold maceration in dark glass vessels.

The 32% Extrait Standard

Standard Eau de Toilette contains 8-12% perfume oil. Eau de Parfum holds 15-20%. At Kashira, all our debut perfumes are compounded at a minimum of 32% pure Extrait de Parfum oil density—ensuring intimate sillage and all-day skin resonance.

Chapter III • The Vessel
