When you contact our Scent Concierge or place an order via WhatsApp, we collect only the necessary details required to dispatch your order:
- Recipient Full Name
- Delivery Address & Pincode
- Contact Phone Number (for air courier SMS/WhatsApp delivery updates)
- Email Address (for official invoice receipts)
3. Local Storage Usage
Our storefront utilizes zero tracking cookies. Your shopping bag preferences and item selections are stored entirely on your local device using standard browser localStorage. This data never leaves your browser until you choose to transmit an order to our concierge.
4. Payment Security
Payment transactions initiated via UPI or our payment gateway partner (Razorpay) are processed on bank-grade, PCI-DSS compliant secure servers. KASHIRA PARFUMS never captures or stores your credit/debit card numbers or UPI PINs.
